About 25 people showed up to listen to a speaker from the Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center (MI-SBTDC). Great Q & A discussion followed with about full participation from the audience.
Kristina Evey helps companies improve the way they connect with their customers. She is a professional speaker and educator in all areas of Customer Satisfaction and Retention and the owner of Centric Strategies, a firm oriented toward developing a cultural mindset focused on the customers. Her strategy is to ensure that everyone within a company or group is of the same “Customer Centric” mindset. Kristina's presentations actively engage all participants to afford them the experience to carry through in their own customer interactions.
